Travels:
The position is site based; however, travels are part of the position.

Responsibilities:
Strategy: to strengthen and drive our growth strategies in Plastic and Rubber markets
  • Understand market overview (volume, product specifications, prices, competitors, customers, etc.);
  • Define business plan (target segment, value proposition, pricing, product portfolio, customer/distribution network development plan, business case, etc.);
  • Support global market (segment) strategies
Sales: to guarantee the delivery of Budget (revenue, volume, price effect) of new customers and overall Budget related to Plastic and Rubber markets
  • Develop new customers
  • Support sales managers to grow our share in existing customers
  • Map out customer/distribution network in the region and issue gap analysis.
  • Lead the customer/ distribution network enhancement implementation
Technical support
  • Technical support to sales managers and customers related to Plastic and Rubber markets
Marketing
  • Issue KRS related to Plastic and Rubber markets
  • Identify unmet needs from the Asia Pacific Plastic and Rubber markets, size them, understand how we could answer them (value proposition) and drive corresponding new product development and introduction
  • Identify products from the global portfolio that should be promoted in EU region and support their introduction (adapt positioning, promotion material, etc.)
  • Organize Plastic and Rubber trade show plan and management
Profile:
  • 10 years' and above experience in sales, business development in famous multi-national companies related to plastic (for automobile industry, and electronic product industry preferred), rubber, etc.
  • Experiences with customers in EU, Asia Pacific (, Korea, Japan, South East Asia)
  • Excellent track record of sales budget delivery and increasing revenue through generation of new customers
  • Proven track record of business plan development and implementation;
  • Strong internal and external communication skills across multiple cultures;
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously. Strong planning and execution competence;
  • Strong in Excel, Power Point. Strong data analysis and presentation skills;
  • Bachelor degree or above in business, chemistry (plastic, rubber, etc.) or relevant fields from respected institutions.
  • Fluent in English, German, French
