VACANCY AS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER PLASTICS (M/F/D 100%)

Dolder-Bigler AG's customers use the raw materials from our suppliers to create everyday items in the medical, automotive and consumer goods industries. With our networking and our technical knowledge, we support and enable high quality products, which sustainably facilitate the daily life of the end customers.

For the further development of our trading as well as our distribution business, we are looking for a colleague as Business Development Manager/Key Account Manager (100%).

WHAT YOU DO WITH US

  • You will connect offers and demands on the market: For this you will source and sell to trade raw materials.
  • You will keep in close contact with producers as well as end users and will establish an extensive network. For this, you will travel for a large part of your time (mainly in the DACH region).
  • You will look after and support existing customers and suppliers by telephone and on site.
  • You introduce new products to the market and help to build up new markets. Specifically, you will support us in developing the recycling side of our business.

 


WHAT YOU NEED

  • You have a commercial education or a technical background with commercial flair.
  • You have some experience in either trading raw materials, key account management or business development management. In this you have demonstrable success in building new business.
  • Ideally, you know the plastics market.
  • You are growth- and service-oriented as well as having strong negotiating skills.
  • You are fast, agile and self-driven as well as entrepreneurial.
  • Acting in a strictly ethical manner is important to you.
  • You communicate fluently in German and English any further language is helpful.
  • You are good with common IT programs (Microsoft Office, Teams etc.).
