What you can expect:
You’ll play a key role in establishing sustainable business growth by winning new and developing existing customers.
In this context you’ll also deal with customers complaints and solve them.
Liaising closely with our Market Development Manager, you’ll not only join in strategic market expansion projects and bring them to commercialization, but also initiate at least 12 business opportunity projects on your own.
Once you have developed and commercialized your projects successfully, you’ll hand them over to our commercial functions for regular maintenance.
Developing new and innovative business in order to support the Triple Shift Strategy will also be part of your demanding role.
What we expect:
Either a degree in chemistry or chemical engineering or a practical industrial education of the same magnitude combined with at least five years’ industry experience in (new) business development of technical thermoplastics
Additional experience in B2B Marketing advantageous Proven track record in injection moulding and extrusion as well as in complex project management Ability to analyze and interpret commercial data and business plans
High responsiveness to digital communication and reporting
Independent, proactive and achievement-oriented personality with a strong business acumen, entrepreneurial and analytical skills and a well-organized and structured way of working
Excellent negotiation, communication and English language skills – further western European languages would be an asset
