As soon as possible we would like to fill the following position in our Team: Responsibilities ? Identify customer strategies and reconcile with the Synventive Strategy ? Create customer related business plans, using the Value Selling (customer benefit arguments, customer related concept) ? Continuous dialogue with the international decision-makers of the customer to establish a strategic collaboration / relationship ? Advise Customers in the preparation of specifications, inform internal contact persons and proof realisation possibilities under technical, economic and temporal dimensions ? Analyse inquiries related to contractual, timeline and technical feasibility ? Carries responsibility for contract and offer, documentation and clarification of discrepancies and, if necessary to correct the calculation ? Obtain market and customer information and communicate internally ? Support product development with the objective to find the best solution for the customer and Synventive in terms of cost and process ? Active participation in strategic working groups (eg. definition of new products, creating market strategies) ? Do company presentations and product training ? Negotiation of contracts (frame contracts, rebates) Requirements ? University degree in the field of plastics, mechanical engineering, process engineering or alternatively an apprenticeship or working experience as technician in the field of mold making industry ? 5 years of experience in sales, experience in plastic injection molding process and tooling inclusive hot runner technology needed ? Experience in dealing with customers, negotiation and presentation skills ? Very good English skills are a mandatory, an additional language is advantageous ? Familiar with MS-Office tools, CRM system is desirable ? Willingness to extensive travel across the globe ? Negotiation and presentation skills We offer ?
