For our Product Management, we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d). Location could be any within Europe ?????Home-Office based. Business Development Manager (m/f/d) As one of the leading distributors worldwide, ALBIS Distribution GmbH & Co. It includes standard polymers, engineering plastics and an increasing number of sustainable products. Your responsibilities: Cross-divisional, pan-European project management for assigned strategic partners Identification and development of new potentials in the market Multiplication of successful application examples across all ALBIS organizational units Development and implementation of marketing campaigns with concrete action plans incl. KPIs Commercial / technical contact person for defined key projects Intensive, international exchange with key contacts of our strategic partners, trade associations, institutes and within the ALBIS organization Support of area sales and coordination of promotion activities Presence at trade fairs, lectures and industry events Pan-European travel Your profile: Completed technical studies (preferably plastics technology), alternatively completed commercial studies with a solid technical understanding Ideally professional experience in the plastics processing or polymer distribution industry Experience in cross-functional project management Strong technical expertise, proactive and self-motivated Team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills Willingness to travel Good IT skills (MS Office, CRM, ERP systems) Fluent in English and German - Further languages beneficial Our benefits: Personal development: We stand for diversity and equal opportunities.
