LOTTE CHEMICAL DEUTSCHLAND GmbH Kölner Str. 12, 65760 Eschborn For our international Starex® Team located in Eschborn we are searching for new Sales Managers (m/f/d) in our departments Key-Account, Industrial or Automotive LOTTE CHEMICAL DEUTSCHLAND GmbH is a European distribution subsidiary of LOTTE Chemical Co. Ltd., domiciled in Seoul, South Korea. The Company’s registered office is located in Eschborn. In addition to that representative offices are maintained in Istanbul, Turkey, and in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, as well as a branches being located in Milan, Italy and in Bratislava, Slovakia. The purpose of LOTTE CHEMICAL DEUTSCHLAND GmbH is the distribution and marketing of the solid surface material Staron and the engineering plastics Starex in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Both products are industrial intermediate products that are further processed. Your tasks and responsibilities ? Implementing sales strategies by analyzing trends and results ? Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the assigned regions ? Maintaining sales volume and monitoring selling price by keeping up with the current supply and changing trends, economic indicators as well as competitors ? Works together within the GAM or GAC (HQ) in order to serve local accounts ? Customer orders supervision for planning and deliveries ? Handling the contract management in cooperation with the legal team ? Acquirement of new business / development and generates new opportunities with customers according to market trends ? Monitors customer accounts in terms of credit worthiness and payments on time ? Coordinates activities together with the application development team ? Management of existing customers and acquisition of new customers as well as managing the domestic and international dealer network of a defined area Your profile ? Completed university degree or equivalent training for the aforementioned area of responsibility ? Experience in E&E and B&C industry is an advantage, specifically among system suppliers ? Experience in new business developments ? Capability to build excellent business relationships with new customers ? Fluent in English and German language ? MS Office as well as of SAP / ERP & SCM Systems ? Experience in Application Development and/or Plastics is a plus Our benefits ? Attractive compensation & participation on our bonus system ?
