EPSE Awards Ceremony 2015

This year EPSE organizes the 7th Awards Competition to recognize the most innovative, most sustainable and the best design projects which were made out of polycarbonate. The aim of this biannual event is to promote the material’s unique properties.

EPSE Awards 2015 is an internal competition and the Ceremony will take place on 3rd November at the Batimat Fair in Paris Nord, Villepinte.
The projects can be submitted in 3 categories: sustainability, innovation and design. Among the last year submitted projects there were stadiums, public buildings, polycarbonate systems and artistic installations. All the nominees were a perfect illustration of a wide variety of areas in which polycarbonate may be applied. It is not only used in construction and architecture (e.g. roof glazings’, claddings, canopies, skylights, façades) but thanks to its lightweight, high transparency and excellent processability polycarbonate is often used in creation of artworks (e.g. sculptures and installations).
